Please also take into account that small files could complete before they ever had a chance to reach full speed, so could you please upload just a single file bigger than 2GB, check the speed it reaches and send a screenshot to us? So, could you please send us a screenshot/video of your processor monitor showing CPU and RAM usage?
If your CPU usage is 100% for example, it is not possible to encrypt faster, and it can cause a decrease in speed. The speed issue could be also caused by a high CPU level. If the issue persists in non-peak times and you are not running any other app at the same time, could you please send us a screenshot or a video of your network activity monitor in order to check the usage? So, if this is the case, could you please close all the other apps and try again?Īlso try to perform the transfer during a non-peak time, you should notice an increase of the transfer speed rate. Do you have any other app opened while uploading/downloading? Numerous apps running at the same time can make the transfer process slower.
